2021 End of Season Annual General Meeting
The date for the AGM has been set for Thursday 18th November 2021 at Bronze Cricket Club, starting at 7:30PM. At the meeting the committee will update members on what has been done throughout the year and the plans for the next season.
Any proposed constitution changes must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 14 days of the AGM (Thursday 4th November). Proposals can only be made by Members, and must be seconded by another Member – please let us know who when making your proposal.

Anyone who wishes to stand as an officer of the club or on the committee must give 14 days notice by emailing [email protected]. Nominations can only be made by Members, and must be seconded by another Member – please let us know who when making your proposal.
Captains will be voted on at the AGM. There is no requirement to make nominations for captains beforehand. It is recommended that anyone who wishes to put themselves forward as a captain be present at the AGM.
All Voting Members (Full Playing, Sunday, Social & Honorary) members will be able to vote on the above issues, except for Social Members who will not be able to vote on captains. If you have any questions about your membership then just let us know.
